My darling friend Fox turned an awesome exercise from their personal journal into an awesome blog challenge. This felt like the perfect activity to help me with my blogging slump and overall self-esteem. Thank you Fox for thinking of me!
Rules of the challenge:
- Write out the alphabet in a list, then go through and think of a word beginning with each letter to describe a positive trait you have. You can get as creative as you want with the challenge (crack out those dictionaries for X!) but there must be absolutely no self-criticism or self-deprecation! Positive vibes only!
- Once you’ve done that, remember to include a link to the blog of whoever tagged you, then tag 3-5 people (with links to their blogs) for them to complete the challenge for themselves.

I honestly invite everyone, tagged or not, to participate, it is an easy way to make yourself smile. We could all use more of that!
