A little reminder that we’re all different and do not need to fit a mold. Sometimes it’s tough to reconcile with, but I wouldn’t want you any other way.
Are you ready for the holidays? I’m not! However, participating in a fun holiday-themed blog tag may do the trick.
Write out the alphabet in a list, then go through and think of a word beginning with each letter to describe a positive trait you have. You can get as creative as you want with the challenge (crack out those dictionaries for X!) but there must be absolutely no self-criticism or self-deprecation! Positive vibes only!
There is a common misconception that being an introvert means you must have some form of social anxiety; the two terms are not interchangeable nor mutually exclusive. Introversion and social anxiety share some commonalities, but they do not necessarily go hand-in-hand.
I thought it would be nice to share my experience as an introvert with social anxiety would help differentiate the two.

Refusing to play by the rules is seen as a millennial trait instead of our parents or grandparents acknowledging the times are shifting. I feel people say “it’s your wedding, you can do what you want.” Then in the next breath go, ” but, you HAVE TO do these things.” I am taking the former to heart, at the cost of being labeled as the worst.

I have yet to meet a womxn that does not take some form a precaution when entering the world. Despite our backgrounds, it is one of the factors that uniquely bond us.
There are days when something as simple as getting out of bed feels like a full day’s work. I thought I would name 10 things that you can do to feel accomplished, even when that feeling seems unattainable. Remember nothing is too small; we can always celebrate more victories.
